- Restaurant name and address
- Date and time for your visit (with an expiry date)
- Specific meal to order

Top Tips for Mystery Shopping Success:
- Know your meal: Before visiting, ensure you understand the specific meal included in your voucher. Upsells are tempting, but avoid them to prevent meal code issues. Note them down as good cashier points though!
- Technical difficulties? Don’t sweat it: If the voucher code doesn’t work due to technical issues or staff unfamiliarity, politely excuse yourself and contact the My Spy support team for assistance.
- Keep your code confidential: Avoid showing the Hungry Lion email with the code, and consider reading the code aloud or writing it down instead of handing over your phone. This keeps your role as a mystery shopper discreet.
- Prepare for the survey: Before your visit, click on the survey link and familiarize yourself with the questions. This helps you focus on key observations and streamlines the completion process.
- Picture perfect: Remember to capture a photo of your complete meal before digging in. Burgers need to be opened, and everything should be out of its packaging for clear visibility.
- Dine in or Take away? Every task is either a dine in or take away. Mention your preference to the cashier if they don’t ask. While sit-in meals often involve specific food presentation, some cashiers might by default give you take-away packaging. Don’t raise suspicion; simply accept it if that’s the case.
The photo is wrong because the chips are still in their packaging. Make sure all food is removed from it’s packaging and clearly visible with good lighting.
